After years of competing with a well-known corporate bathroom remodeler in Southwest Michigan, I realized something wild: they were charging more for basic 2-day acrylic installs than I was charging for fully custom tile remodels. And homeowners were saying yes—not because they loved it, but because they didn’t think they had a better option.

That’s when I knew it was time to offer one.
